Hi, I’m Judy Delen. Nice to meet you! I’m a Seattle real estate broker, professional home stager and interior stylist.

I’ve been involved in the Seattle real estate market for over 15 years, initially working with my husband who designs and build homes for sale in Magnolia, Queen Anne, Ballard, and Capitol Hill. I started staging our speculative projects and then expanded to staging with local realtors and developers. This eventually lead me to pursue my real estate license and be more involved in the transaction side of real estate.

 

I own Delen Staging & Design and have years of experience in preparing a house for sale. I know the steps needed to make a house look amazing for online photos and at open houses. Yes, full disclosure: I’m a big proponent of staging a home! But staging doesn’t always mean “removing everything of yours and bringing in staging furniture." There are many ways to create the best “first impression" and I’m happy to share my ideas with you.

 

Prior to real estate and staging, I worked in banking and then in the investment industry. One thing all my past jobs and experiences have in common is providing exceptional customer service. I learned early on that the most important quality one can provide is a great experience for customers. What this means to me and hopefully to you, is being respectful, a good listener, proactive and always doing my best.

 

When I’m not staging or working with my real estate clients, I’m usually driving around the town trying to keep up with the lives of our three busy teens.
