In this market, being able to search for houses, put in offers, lose out on offers, and have an offer accepted with no hard deadline was amazing! Our sale to the builder was the first in about 5 contingency offers. Throughout the process, Kelly spoke with other clients and real estate agents to ensure everyone understood what a sale to a builder meant. This was CRUCIAL! Many people did not understand that selling to a builder is rock solid and were hesitant to proceed. Kelly put everyone's mind at ease. Throughout the whole process, Kelly was able to answer questions we didn't even know we had! We've never sold a house before, let alone to a builder, and I honestly don't know how we would have done it without him! Kelly was amazing and we HIGHLY recommend him for any home sale/purchase. In our case, we were selling to builders, which required an additional set of expertise.
