Complimentary Consultation


We offer a complimentary walk-through of your home to discuss what needs to be done to get it ready to sell. We offer advice, expert opinions and recommendations on the key home improvements you should do and what not to bother with. We offer interior design tips and how to achieve great curb appeal. We then summarize it for you in a check-list format for reference. We are happy to share our list of resources (contractors, handymen, window washers, landscaping, moving companies, etc.) and if you need us to call any of them, no problem. And lastly we like to discuss your timeline and how we can achieve success in selling your home. This initial consultation is our way of introducing ourselves to you and to see if our team would be a good fit for your needs. 

Comparative Market Analysis

A CMA is based on homes that are similar in size, location and features to your home. We will conduct a CMA to determine the price range of what your house is worth in the current market. Although the listing price will be fine tuned right before your home is listed on the market, a CMA will give you a good idea of the current value of your home.

Creating the Best First Impression


In today’s online market, it is imperative to showcase your home in order to maximize the final selling price. Staging your home is one of the most impactful ways of doing this. It is well documented that a staged home sells faster and for more money than an unstaged home. There are different levels of staging your home—whether you decide to do it yourself or have it fully staged by a professional, we can’t emphasize enough the importance of this step.

Pricing your Home


Once you’re ready to list your home on the open market, we will sit down with you to set the listing price. We’ll review market comparables, discuss your goals, current market conditions, and any special considerations. We’ll offer pricing strategies and provide our expert opinion on what we feel is the best price range for your house. 

Marketing Plan


The house is ready, professional photos haven been taken, the price is set…lights, camera action! Now it’s time to debut it. In addition to listing your home on the MLS and all the real estate search engines (Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc.), your home will be featured on our social media platforms. Our team approach ensures plenty of open houses, availability for showings, and professional marketing materials. 



Once an offer or multiple offers are made, the negotiations begin. This includes reviewing and considering all viable offers, deciding on which one to pursue and how to agree on the best offer that yields a SOLD sign! We work closely with the escrow agent and buyer’s agent in order to keep the lines of communication open and the closing process moving smoothly. With our industry knowledge and contract negotiation skills, you can feel confident Blue Pacific always has your best interests in mind.
